| About Smoorenburg Pini |
.smoorenburg pini. Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys has a presence on the ground in three countries, operating in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. .smoorenburg pini. was formed in 2008 by the merger of Smoorenburg Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys and Pini Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys.
In Australia, our professionals include Richard Smoorenburg, Matt Pini and other IP professionals. All our professionals have substantial IP experience in patents, trade marks, designs and other aspects of intellectual property law, including IP litigation in Australia. We continue to grow in line with increasing client demand.
New Zealand was a natural extension for .smoorenburg pini. since each of our Australian Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys is also registered to practice before the Intellectual Property Office in New Zealand.
We have for some time been dealing with Singaporean portfolios for various clients. The Australian Patent Office is currently the prime examining authority for the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore and experience shows us that objections raised on a Singaporean patent application are most likely to have been encountered and dealt with on the corresponding Australian case.
Thus .smoorenburg pini. has expanded to provide an address for service in Singapore, in association with a number of IP professionals and extremely competent litigators in the Singaporean jurisdiction, headed by Mr Kim Tean Ng.
With .smoorenburg pini. operating in three countries, we are able to offer a single and uniform approach emanating from our Australian hub for handling your IP needs. Each of our professionals is highly skilled and technically expert in his/her chosen scientific field.
To ensure that we maintain our high standards and proper coordination in all matters, all communications should be directed to our Australian Office. From this hub the case file is prepared and coordinated, including the preparation of documentation, docketing and choosing the relevant professional.
We value our client relationships and aim to set the benchmark in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
